Acceptable PTO, health, dental, vision, 401k. Work is usually relatively easy at an entry level position and most supervisors aren't breathing down your neck (at least not where I am).

You'll never shake that knot in the pit of your stomach when you think about layoffs, outsourcing, automation, and forced early retirement.
In recent years, since a new CEO took over, the company switched from noble efforts in making sure their customers were taken care of to deeply lowering customer care via outsourcing.
All of your technical issues will be handled by outsourced people who are an extreme hassle to deal with.
It can be extremely hard to move up in the company even with above average performance.
Advice to Management
Quit outsourcing all of your work. It's having an extremely significant impact on the customers.
