Pros
Great work-life balance. People here are never in a rush, so you can pretty much work stress-free.
Nice community culture and good benefits.Cons
Management heavy. There are a lot of external dependencies so it can be frustrating because it's extremely hard to deliver things you have planned.

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bosch (Chicago, IL) in September 2017.
Interview
This was at a Loyola Career Fair where Bosch had a table and was recruiting. There were plenty of company representatives and each had mini interviews with each prospective student. I submitted my resume and was told I would hear back from them shortly. I have yet to hear back yet.
