    Pros

The pay is above state minimum wage.
    Co-workers are nice.
    Work environment is nice.
Your not ask to do more than you were hired to do.

    Cons

You only get a half hour lunch break compared to rival companies offering associates an hour lunch.
It's hard to take 15 min. breaks.
Clothing tailored to a slightly older crowd.

    Advice to Management

The advice i would offer management is to pay people more money for non management positions. The wage may be high than minimum wage but it's still not high enough.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Boscov's (Voorhees, NJ) in January 2017.

    Interview

Very very long. I had to meet with three different women, HR, Store Manager and than the department I was working for the manger for that too. They ask you the same questions all retail ask. Why do you want to work with us, why are you a good fit. etc. Each interview had to be no longer than 30 minutes.
