I worked at Boston Consulting Group full-time (More than 8 years)
Work with very smart and driven people, personal development opportunities, great offices, well stocked kitchens, fantastic wellbeing program in Australia, opportunity to get involved in committees outside of your role, strong focus on diversity and inclusion, recognition programs in place, regular office events to feel connected, active social calendar and the best Christmas parties and conferences I have been to!
Incredibly fast paced and high performance culture (which is not for everyone and can make it feel stressful).
Lots of travel involved for consulting staff which impacts work life balance and sustainability.
Advice to Management
It wouldn’t hurt to slow down a bit.
Continue to focus on wellbeing and look after these wonderful people before they move on or burnout.

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Boston Consulting Group (Sydney (Australia)) in March 2011.
I applied online. Received a call from the Recruitment Director. Organised a first-round interview.
First round consisted of two interviews, 1 hour each (fit questions, case, general questions), with a consultant and then a project leader.
Second round consisted of two interviews with Principals.
Final round consisted of two interviews with Partners.
Cases tended to get more interviewer-led as the seniority of interviewers increased. By the partner round I forgot I was doing cases and just entered into more of a discussion. It was actually a lot of fun and I ended up being quite relaxed by the end.
I found out I had an offer about an hour and a half later by phone.
