I have been working at Bowers & Wilkins full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    - Great products, great people, great mission.
    - It's so much fun to work on software AND hardware.
    - Every day I'm working towards creating amazing listening experiences for customers who love music as much as I do. We don't steal their data, we don't turn them into narcissistic lunatics. We just try to keep it real.

    Cons

Growing pains, like at any medium-sized company.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Bowers & Wilkins (Redwood City, CA) in July 2018.

    Interview

Online application. I got a response with a request for availability for a phone call within two days. Moved forward to schedule a video conference hiring manager and then an onsite. Fast and friendly communication with the recruiter and sales team. A good experience overall.

    Interview Questions

    • Typical sales questions on sales methodology/process, quota attainment, deal size, etc., fairly standard in that sense. The difficult question for me was whether I had experience in selling high-end audio and audiophile equipment. I do not.   1 Answer
