I have been working at Brown & Brown Insurance full-time (More than a year)
The people and atmosphere make this company great to work for. Management does not micromanage and praises you frequently for your contributions along with compensation. This is a self-taught position and management notices when you're doing well.
Overwhelming at times, and no formal training period. They wait too long to replace people and everyone else has to pick up the slack.
Advice to Management
Formal training period with thorough evaluation and hire more people for the busier times.

I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Brown & Brown Insurance (Atlanta, GA) in February 2018.
-Fairly short process, only one round of in person interviews. The interview process focused on any prior experience in the industry, as well as getting to know my type of personality and seeing if I was a good fit with the current staff and culture. I was very comfortable during the interview process and felt like I could be myself.
