Advice to Management
To corporate-please bring back direct deposit for your employees and focus more on updating and maintaining the spa when needed. Too many pay changes (positive or negative) affects faith in the company.
Had several management changes which was confusing but appreciate that they were friendly and tried to help as much as they could. I do wish that schedule changes were a little more flexible
I applied in-person. The process took a week. I interviewed at Burke Williams (Woodland Hills, CA) in March 2019.
Met with two managers originally and a week later was called in for a second interview with the general manager.
She asked me a list of questions pertaining to the job. Because I am in my forties she asked how I felt about working with younger people.
Interview went ok and at the end she thanked me and said she would be in touch.
