I have been working at BuroHappold full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Amazing project, great culture amd people

    Cons

Salary could be higher. Project deadlines sometimes are tight and do mean you might have to work some extra hours. Still this is rare not the usual.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BuroHappold (London, England (UK)) in April 2018.

    Interview

A first brief telephone interview with HR - they were upfront about what they needed to know and I appreciated being informed right away that they would contact me with a date for interview. The actual interview was relatively easy but it ran quite late and the questions were vague, so it helped to have in mind the role and my relevant skills/experience and answer the questions accordingly. However, they never got back, which seems to indicate an escapist corporate culture.
