I worked at Burson Cohn & Wolfe as an intern (Less than a year)
- Great experience for interns
- Lots of networking/educational opportunities
- Final project is very exciting and rewarding
- Very good employee retention rate
- Varied intern experience due to tasks needed on account teams
Advice to Management
Keep an eye on interns; many slack off under the radar and look just as good as the harder working students

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Burson Cohn & Wolfe (New York, NY) in February 2020.
I applied for an Executive Assistant position and was contacted by SVP Marie Gordon. She claimed to have called and left a voicemail but I did not receive either. She then emailed me, criticizing my attention to detail and provided me a opportunity to explain. I can't speak for the entire company but atleast one of the senior management has no problem throwing people under the bus so be aware when applying. Good luck!!
