I worked at C-K (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Some really great people, an interesting mix of clients, fun culture, and positive work/life balance. In addition, I always felt like the agency paid special attention to personal career growth, more so than other agencies I've worked at.

    Cons

If not for a geographical move, I would have stayed a lot longer.

    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at C-K (Milwaukee, WI) in January 2014.

    Interview

My initial communications with C-K happened due to an inquiry that I sent to the company. I was then contacted by them and brought in for an informational interview. The interviewer looked at my book, and we spoke for a little bit and a week later I was brought in for another interview with the person in charge of the interns. This interview was shorter, just looked quickly through my book, chatted for a bit and I was on my way. Within the next week or so I was notified via email that I had gotten the position.

    Interview Questions

    • My interview was quite some time ago now. Mostly it was a conversation. Back and forth talking about what it was like to work here, what my skills were, my experience, what they do here, etc.   Answer Question

    Negotiation

I was not able to negotiate because I was taking an internship position.
