I have been working at CHG Healthcare full-time (More than 5 years)
Leaders really invest a lot of time and effort to help you succeed. Great coworkers and little micromanagement from managers.
One frustrating point is that opportunities for advancement are few and far between. Since no one is leaving the company, no one can move up.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CHG Healthcare (Holladay, UT) in January 2013.
CHG has a very detailed and thorough interview process. They are very personal in their approach. HR called and said they received my application. A few days later I had a phone interview with a recruiter. Pretty standard questions. The next interviews were in person with a potential colleague in a different brand and the hiring manager. The following interview were panel 2x2. Two potential colleagues at at time for one hour each in a conference room. The panel interviewers are filling out forms while they are talking to you. I was a finalist and it was overall a good experience. I received a short, personal e-mail from the hiring manager after I was not chosen.
