    Permanent Placement Recruiter/Sales Interview

    Declined Offer
    Negative Experience
    Easy Interview

I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CHG Healthcare (Norwalk, CT) in February 2014.

Phone interview with recruiter in UTAH - background questions, are you competitive ?, how would you handle this job ?, how would you manage your off time ? get to know you blah blah blah questions really.

Interviewer 1 takes you into the "quiet room" - books , a futon, a conference table.
Asks some questions regarding your personality, your future , why you want to leave your current job (leaves the room, wait 10 mins)

Interviewer 2 clearly states "I'm sorry to ask you the same questions but I want my own feel for you" (leaves the room and discusses the salary issue , comes back and says they both like me for their team but the salary issue)

Interviewer 3 I declined to speak with since the salary wasn't negotiable

    Interview Questions

    • Interviewer 2 asked me "What would your friends or family say is a positive characteristic that you DO NOT possess? Since no one is perfect, this should be easy to answer"   Answer Question

    Reasons for Declining

    Salary was terribly low
