I have been working at CIVCO Radiotherapy part-time (Less than a year)
I have been with Civco Radiotherapy for 5 months and can honestly say I love coming to work. The mission, vision and values are lived out daily in every aspect of the company. Not only do I feel appreciated as an employee, I feel like I am a small part of a much larger global impact.
As a new employee having gone through the interview process, and as the recruiter for the company, I think we have a great interviewing process and a smooth hiring transition for new employees.
I haven't experienced or witnessed any downside to my position or the company in my 5 months. No employee or company is perfect but in my opinion Civco and the people who work here strive to be the very best they can be.

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at CIVCO Radiotherapy (Orange City, IA).
First round phone screen with the company recruiter, after that was a more in-depth phone interview with the Director of Operations. Final round was the in person panel interview in Orange City with four CIVCO employees.
