Please work on the Benefits package especially 401K match & yearly increase standards.
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at CRC Health Group (Cupertino, CA) in October 2012.
Had pre-screen phone interview asking about my resume & some more details about me personally. I then had an in person interview with the manager and the two supervisors. I then had 3 phone interviews following the in person interview before I had a job offer. I was not allowed to tour the office during my interview.
I didn't negotiate. I had spent 2 months looking for a job and my husband and I had no income at the time.
