    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Canon Solutions America (Chicago, IL) in December 2008.

    Interview

The process of getting a sales job consisted of three interviews. The first was a phone interview with the HR director. That was very basic and pretty easy. The second was a 1 on 1 with the HR director and that was a little more in depth, but still not that intense. The last part was a 1 on 1 with your potential manager and a branch director. This was about a 2 hour process that I would rate a 3.5 out of 5 on a difficulty scale.
