    Pros

    - Flexible schedule, very understanding that life happens.
    - They give you a lot of responsibly, but help you through the entire thing.
    - Open door policy with senior management, I don't feel like "just a number" here.
    - If you are willing to think on your own and not be micromanaged, this is the place for you!

    Cons

    None in my experience.

    Advice to Management

    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Capital Lumber (Phoenix, AZ) in March 2015.

    Interview

Really liked interviewing with multiple people, multiple times. Gave me a very thorough picture of the company. There were no surprises once in the door. Living up to what was expected.
