I worked at Capital One part-time (More than 3 years)
The staff did have some problems at first but once you have a great team that understands each other, you can achieve anything. Love the benefits, salary is really competitive compared to other banks, recognition within the district is also wonderful. Teller are regularly recognized for their hard work. If you want to be something, work hard and you will get there with this company. Extremely sad to be leaving this company.
Provide more opportunities for tellers in the growth areas.
Advice to Management
Voice of associates should be taken more seriously. We should be able to provide feedback about our managers.

I applied online. The process took 3+ weeks. I interviewed at Capital One (Dulles, VA) in November 2016.
After applying online, and taking an assessment, I got an email to take a Hire Vue webcam interview. 2 weeks later, I was contacted by a recruiter to set up an interview at the branch, a week later I was notified I got the job. Overall pretty easy and straightforward, as long as you give it all you got.
