    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One (London, England (UK)) in August 2017.

    Interview

I found the role via LinkedIn and applied on the website.

Following two telephone calls, one with the internal recruitment team on what I was looking for in my next role and the other with a team manager discussing my background and more detail on what the job involved.

Following these calls I received the opportunity for a face to face interview. This was the first interview to establish experience and fit which went well which led to the final interview.

The final interview was certainly the most intense process I have experienced, it consisted of half a day of multiple interviews including a behavioural interview and a design workshop.
Whilst this was all a bit daunting the team where great and made me feel at ease and I enjoyed it.

Thankfully I was successful and made receiving an offer a great feeling.
