I worked at Capital One full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great middle management that took an interest in developing agents.

    Cons

They shut down the Montreal and Toronto call centers, but they gave us 10 months warning in advance and a generous severance for those who remained until the end.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One (Montreal, QC (Canada)) in November 2020.

    Interview

    Pretty seamless interview.
The HR was in regular contact and available throughout the interview process.
1st round was to build a simple application in any language of choice. The focus was on software design and correctness.
2nd round consisted of 2 (1 hour long) interviews. One technical and the other behavioural. Seamless interviews again. Not really a fan of behavioural interviews as they test nothing, it's a waste of time IMO if it is not a managerial position.
