    Pros

Great people, gives you an opportunity to stand out. Plenty of internal and external mobility resources. Great job to develop various skills. Ability to showcase leadership skills. Cap one takes care of their associates during COVID. Great benefits.

    Cons

Short staff, branch consolidations. The branch ambassador role consists of doing a lot of teller transactions

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Capital One (Silver Spring, MD) in September 2020.

    Interview

I had the phone screening with a recruiter and it went well! I was nervous for no reason. The recruiter was really easy to talk to and she only asked questions about my academic career and how/why I got there. Very similar to job fit questions.
