    I have been working at CareLinx full-time (Less than a year)


    I have been with Carelinx for three months and it's even better then I imagined it would be during the interview process. The mission of Carelinx is prevalent in every aspect of the company's operations. The team is focused on quality and helping EVERY family using our services. Even though Carelinx is for profit and needs to generate revenue in order to continue, the CEO is not greedy and he spends wisely. Carelinx is a young start-up, but it will continue to grow and help families across the U.S. I feel very fortunate to be a part of such a wonderful company.


    It is small, so you don't get the benefits associated with working for a large company. However, this is only temporary as the company is growing!

    I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CareLinx (San Bruno, CA) in October 2018.


    I passed both interviews (Phone and Onsite) and I felt really well and liked it a lot but since I was still interviewing for a few more companies I asked the recruiter manager to hold the offer ( a week). The Recruiter would always be very kind and he seemed willing to wait as much time as I needed.
    We agreed to give him the answer on Tuesday, quote "That is perfectly fine. I look forward to your response on Tuesday", (Again, it was consent by him and I never thought I was taking any risk ).

    Tuesday arrived and I Accepted the offer, I wrote an email to notify him that I accepted...
    He didn't reply...
    Next day 8am, I sent another email just to confirm he got the previous email and he replied back at 10am " I am glad to hear from you. I am currently in Iowa training our team. Can I give you a call later today in the evening? ". Of course, I accepted and waited for the call that evening.
    That call never happened.
    Next day 11am, I sent another email to ask for the call and to give him some other options and well...he answered back at 9pm that night..."I am sorry for not being able to call you. After consulting with our executive team, it was decided that we would not be hiring any more recruiters in HQ. With much regret, we have to rescind the offer" and that was the end of it.

    I answered that email with some questions to be answered and I never heard back from them.
    I felt very disappointed and disrespected and I even lost another opportunity because of them. They have not been professionals and they did not have the courage to tell me over the phone...
