I have been working at Cargill (Less than a year)

    Pros

People is great and easy-going. Work-life balance is valued.
Safety procedures are on point... Always felt really safe around the plant due to all the SOPs put in practice for this purpose.

    Cons

Changes go quite slow and sometimes unorganized

    Advice to Management

In my experience, they are all quite engaged. My only advice is to give more chances to technicians to prove themselves through more responsibilities

    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Cargill (Savage, MN) in March 2013.

    Interview

Super Easy Interview- highly structured and based on behavioral questions. You can actually print off questions from the Cargill Website. Just be yourself and be calm. Ask for the position if you want it.
