I worked at Cerner full-time (More than 8 years)
Annual Review process, pay, lateral/vertical mobility. Senior management is super accessible, free training for almost anything you want to broaden your skills.
The medical benefits are a bit pricey if you're a relatively healthy person.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cerner (North Kansas City, MO) in November 2017.
I applied through a recruiter at my college career fair. Interviewed on November 1st during Experience Cerner day and was told I would be given an update with the job after 2 weeks. Interview was fairly easily, lots of behavioral questions and there were two 30 minute interviews. After the interview, 2 weeks passed and I heard nothing from my recruiter. I followed up the day after and was told that the recruiter currently has no updates for me and has no timeline whatsoever.
