Wow! Talk about an awesome work experience. If you are looking for a job that will allow you to utilize all the skills you learned in college than the ADP Program at Change Healthcare is something to look into. I am a current ADP Associate and have only been with the company for 3 months. However, in this short time I have already had experience in project management, strategy development, recruitment and many other business projects and needs. The corporate culture is incredible. I have already found so many mangers who act as mentors for both my work and personal life. With my fellow ADP Associates and other co-workers I have also made many lifelong friends. On top of that I enjoy working in a company that places an emphasis on enabling better healthcare. No matter what rotation you work in you are doing projects and jobs that play a part in the bigger picture of making the healthcare industry a better place. I have also had some unique experiences as an ADP Associate, such as a book club and discussion with our CEO, a lunch and learn with other Executive Vice-Presidents and many online workshops that have helped develop my management and leadership skills I would highly recommend this program to anyone looking to critically think and get on a fast track to leading in corporate America as well as anyone who prioritizes working in an organization with a healthy corporate culture!
The one thing about working for a large company is that it is often hard to meet everyone and know everyone on a personal level. However, the company has many unique ways to try and integrate everyone across the business to get to know each other!
