    Pros

    The management is very lax. There is a quota that you have to fill but it does not take much time and effort. As long as management knows you are working hard they won't bother you.

    Cons

    Not much in terms of moving up. You don't get much recognition even if the volume of work exceeds expectations.

    I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Chenega Corporation (Chantilly, VA).

    Interview

    Interview process is poor. Lack of communication until the last minute with my interview time. The Program Manager is mean and refused to answer follow up questions. Interviewed for permanent position and was told I go the job, only for them to call me back and say it's a temp positions which wasn't initially stated. Very poor business practice.
