    Pros

    The corporation, overall, took care of its employees. Corporate was ethical, compensated appropriately, and had good benefits.

    Cons

    The management at Quantico was excellent, but the management at GTMO was horrible.

    Advice to Management

    Hire good people at job sites that are far from the flagpole.
