I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Children’s Home Society of Florida (Winter Park, FL) in June 2016.
Applied online, received a phone call the next day, came in for an in person interview the following week.
Deal breaker: Salary.
If you have any professional self-esteem, you would probably skip this company. Per their requirements: Clinical experience, graduate degree, bi-lingual, direct experience with families, children, foster care, social work; their pay is below anyone's standards.
Base salary for this position is 23K a year. Yes, a year! with a graduate degree! absolutely insulting.
If a company who made over 100 million/yr believes that this is a fair pay for a professional counselor, then that alone tells you how they value their employees. Do not waste your time.
