Employees rate Kansas City 10.2% higher than the overall average
I have been working at Children's Mercy Hospitals and Clinics full-time (More than 10 years)
I feel that Children's Mercy is one of the best places to work. They are very high on furthering your education and they treat their employees well.
Not really any downsides to the job.
Advice to Management
Continue treating your nurses with respect
I applied in-person. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Children's Mercy Hospitals and Clinics (Kansas City, MO) in March 2015.
Online video interview came first through an email link. Straightforward and average interview questions, with maybe six questions total to answer. It was then followed by in-person interview with specific inpatient floor's management.
