I worked at Childtime Learning Center full-time (Less than a year)
Most of the staff is very friendly. Families are great to work with.
The company is more worried about their image than the care and safety of the children. Teachers are not paid what they are worth, it is disorganized and their expectations are ridiculous! Also, they make promises that they can't keep regarding benefits and paid leaves.
Advice to Management
If you want to increase staff buy in and retention, start paying your teachers more! Also, spend a day or two in a classroom before you implement changes. Make sure it's a beneficial change!
