I have been working at Church & Dwight as an intern (Less than a year)
Because C&D is such a lean company people are able to take on projects that they might not be involved in with a larger company. You will likley be working crossfunctionally a lot as well, which gives you an appreciation of the work being done in different departments. If you have a new idea management wants to hear it and help you make it happen whenever possible. Overall very supportive environment!
C&D is not a training heavy environment. You are given a lot of idependence and will likley learn a lot of things by doing. While there isn't a lot of formal training there are lots of people willing to help you if you go to them with questions.

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Church & Dwight (Ewing, NJ).
The entire interview process from phone interview to offer took about 12 weeks. It was for a completely new role, which I think lended to an extended interview process. I had several rounds of interviews with different levels of employees including senior management. My HR rep was amazing and she kept me informed every step of the way and followed up with next steps. Each round of interviews was a series of one on ones with multiple people. One of the positives of meeting different levels of people is that you can better gauge the people and workplace you may be entering and make a better judgement whether the company is the right fit for you. The process reinforced my decision to accept an offer from Church & Dwight.
