I worked at Citi full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

There are a lot of opportunities for growth in this huge company. Flexible work arrangements, movement across divisions, etc.

    Cons

Lots of politics. Projects that were mission critical one minute are changed in a flash and things are hardly ever seen to fruition. Very frustrating.

    Advice to Management

Continue to try and attract working mothers with flexibiity

Vice President - Project Manager Interview

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Citi (Rutherford, NJ) in November 2011.

    Interview

I was able to have an interview with the hiring manager however he seemed to be distracted by his email that kept interrupting us during the process which made me feel that either I or the position was not important enough to give his full attention.
