I worked at Citizens Bank full-time (Less than a year)
Good training programs-They give you all the resources you need to succeed.
They treat their employees so well...
You get coaching from your manager, the regional manager, and even colleagues.
If you need help the Colleague assistance line (CAL) is there to help you...
Their pay was also not too bad
Not any that I can think of...
Advice to Management
Keep up the good work. Continue to treat your employees well and your employees will treat your customers well.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Citizens Bank (Boston, MA) in May 2015.
Applied through a referral, called me a week or so later to schedule an interview. Met with the manager and went through the basic interview stuff, e.g. explaining what the work would be like, behavioral questions, and past jobs.
