    Pros

The pay was very good. Also, the job is very exciting because each call is different. My co-workers were also friendly, and management was very helpful and approachable.

    Cons

Not knowing which shift you'll be assigned to until after classroom training. I was told that I'd be working 1st shift (1030pm-7am), but was placed on a different shift after classroom training.

    Advice to Management

Try to place new workers on the shift that they were hired for. It's not right to tell a new hire that they'll be on one shift but then given a different shift.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at City of Tulsa (Tulsa, OK) in April 2016.

    Interview

An admin calls, sets up interviews - first a phone interview with your leader, then an in-person panel interview. Phone interview mostly consists of a description of the job, to determine your interest, and find out if the salary range is acceptable. Panel interview has behavioral questions.

    Interview Questions

    • Behavioral: Talk about a time when you had a problematic student in your class and how you handled it.   Answer Question
