I have been working at Compass Group USA (More than a year)
Best company for culinary grads. I came out of culinary schools and started as a Sous Chef with Morrison's and slowly worked myself up the ladder. Great company and resources and the pay is above average and they offer excellent benefits.
Not a lot of cons besides getting acquainted with the paperwork. It takes time but it gets easier when you have everything aligned.

be patient and plan your career there are many areas with exiting job opportunities
