Employees rate Conroe 15.9% lower than the overall average
I worked at Conroe Independent School District full-time (More than 10 years)
Team players, good town to live in
Conroe is a large spread out district, my position required for me to travel to each construction project I could drive over a 100 miles a day from the office which I enjoyed
Advice to Management
The management was very supportive of my needs and gave support when I needed it. So I guess I have no advice for them

I applied online. I interviewed at Conroe Independent School District (Conroe, TX) in May 2017.
I applied online. Received a call from the principal to interview maybe a week later. I had a team interview with the principal, an AP and 2 teachers on the science team. I was informed on the position and culture of the school. It lasted for about 30, and finished with the principal telling me his time line for making a decision.
