I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Continental (Hannover (Germany)) in May 2015.
Simple interview. First 15-20 minutes I was introduced to the jobs role and responsibilities. After that I was asked general questions. The interview lasted for 50 minutes, and I receive (positive) answer 10 days later.
We agreed on starting date. Furthermore, upon agreement internship started 7 days later as originally planned.
