I have been working at Continental full-time (More than a year)
The salary is high compared to other students in the same degree. There are also more vacation days to take for a higher flexibility. Projects are interesting.
Conti is a big company and as a student your potential may not be fully exhausted. Currently some cost saving measurements are being implemented (May 2019). Some colleagues do not seem to grasp the concept of efficiency. Company intern processes take long and are coupled with unnecessary paperwork.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Continental (Wetzlar (Germany)) in February 2017.
If the application is approved there will be an invitation to an assessment at the location (in my case Wetzlar, GER). In addition to that will be an interview with HR and some higher managers. People want to get to know you, what you are about and how you react to unusual questions (I was told the core work hours are from 5am to 11am local time).
Decision was made quickly and the confirmation happend via telephone a few day later. A physical offer was received another few day later
