I worked at Contingent Resource Solutions full-time (More than a year)
Decent hourly compensation and office locations. The job's health benefits were a definite plus and geared towards women.
Little to no commission or bonuses, unstable upper management and lack of goals, poor work and life balance among recruiters
Advice to Management
Upper management needs to take more notice of their recruiters and support staff, recognizing talent within the organization and helping grow it. There were many employees who wanted to remain with this company and had talents and skills that could have been of use if properly developed, but no effort was made by management to use these skills effectively, or offer opportunities for the young and ambitious.
The company claims to want to be a premier in customer service and finding quality candidates, but their actual business practices find warm bodies for their clients, causing unstable accounts. Recruiters come and go quickly as the company's internal instability among management grows worse.
