Application
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Coretek Services (Farmington Hills, MI) in October 2016.
Interview
While individual people were easy to talk to, the company itself does NOT live up to it's own self proclaimed values of "respecting their employees", "communicating clearly", "acting with integrity" - especially as it relates to the interview process.
Respect failure: So what are you looking for in salary? - Quotes average. "No, not even close." Starts shuffling papers.
Integrity failure: Are you willing to travel? - Yes 1x / month to 1x / 6 weeks. After two months, we've decided to change the nature / requirements, are you willing to travel 50% or more - without regard for your personal life.
Communication failure: Ghosting - a common technique in online dating where two people are unable to tell one another that they aren't right for each other... in a business setting - it's unacceptable, especially when you've asked a candidate to interview on 3 separate occasions.
So their principle of "AIR" doesn't really apply to you, and in fact, really is nothing but hot air.
