I have been working at Creative Circle full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Some of the best people I know work here. Overall every recruiter and sales person cares deeply about doing what's best for our clients and candidates. I've been here over 8 years and consider myself a "lifer". We offer great benefits and "perks" that sometimes go unnoticed but compared to all my previous jobs CC is heads and shoulders above the rest!

    Cons

We're developing a lot of new offerings and that comes with some growing pains along the way.

    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Creative Circle (New York, NY) in November 2016.

    Interview

After applying online I was prompted to schedule an initial phone interview with their internal recruiter. While the conversation started off fine with basic questions on my background and experience, they didn't seem interested to learn about my personal character (which seems essential to a recruiter position). Regardless of that, they ultimately came off as cold and aggressive. My recruiter blasted through the job details in a snooty tone and tried to belittle my knowledge of the role and industry. As a staffing company, I expected more out of their internal recruiter. If their internal recruiter hates their job, I can only imagine how the regular staff feels about their job.
