    Pros

The employees at Creative Circle are efficient, hard-working, and fun to work with! Creative Circle is extremely diligent in finding a spectrum of roles for their candidates and act as great liaisons between employee and employer. They have a deep understanding of the nature of their business and work tirelessly to find great roles for creatives. I would highly recommend working with them. Creative Circle is dependable and reliable.

    Cons

Honestly, not a negative thing to say about them.

    Junior Web Designer Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Creative Circle (New York, NY).

    Interview

I had previously registered but most of the time they ignored my emails-- when I called them on this they finally responded with a person who said I was "aggressive."
I always get their emails and check if they have anything suitable within commuting distance., which isn't always the case. Finally found an offsite position offering just the perfect amount of hours offsite. I went to the interview, however, I was called that same morning about being submitted to a different company which was longer term and onsite (their preference, not mine). I immediately knew they had already filled the job I was interviewing with but still went the interview. As a senior designer going for a Jr position, I thought I was a shoe-in for a Jr job, which was described as utterly simple by the end company.
