Company values. Reputation in the industry
I am new to Credera and one "downside" if at al; is I have not heard anything negative about the company.
Advice to Management
Keep up the great work. Onboarding process is great. Everyone is helpful and willing to share a wealth of information.
I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Credera (Houston, TX) in February 2019.
2. Behavioral Phone Interview (Digs deeper into your background/resume, “Tell me about a time when ...”)
3. Online Assessment (Cognitive Aptitude + Personality Assessment)
4. Office Visit + Interview
• Day 1: Dinner with Credera employees and other candidates. A time to get to know the company better through networking, question asking, employee's experience sharing, and advice.
• Day 2: Two separate interviews: Technical and Behavioral. Technical can be anything from logical flow questions to writing code. Behavioral had standard interview questions (i.e. "Tell me a time when..." , career aspirations, questions, concerns, making sure you are the right fit for the position, etc.)
