With growth comes challenges and having a clear picture of what the future looks like can sometimes be foggy. However, leadership is always very transparent and openly communicates with the company.

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at DEG (Kansas) (Overland Park, KS) in March 2018.
Received a call from Nicole the talent acquisition specialist to discuss the role. Great conversation, which led to a phone interview with the hiring manager. Was then invited in to have a face to face interview with the hiring manager, and finally one last call with another team member. This was one of the best interview experience I have had, with DEG being very flexible with my work schedule, very organized and kept me updated throughout the interview process. I cannot wait to start my new position with DEG Digital.
