I have been working at DHG full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Consulting at DHG has provided me several opportunities to grow my career in the financial industry. I have exposure to different departments at large financial institutions, help grow the firm's relationship and stay on top of new and developing trends within the banking industry. At the same time, DHG is a certified great place to work, and senior management listens to the wants and needs of employees. Compensation and benefits are very good and management encourages maintaining a positive work /life balance.

    Cons

While these are not cons to me, they may be to others. Some travel is required in addition to being flexible to different engagement opportunities.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at DHG (Charlotte, NC).

    Interview

The interviews are typically performed by a few people in the office. I met with a few of the senior staff and a partner. They asked about my past experience and education. I felt pretty comfortable through the process and received assistance from the recruiters as well. There was nothing out of the ordinary that occurred in the hiring process.
