Cons

Management is lacking severely, and when they are around they whine about how busy they've been elsewhere. They have berated me from the first day I started here just over a year ago, and then pulled me aside and said it is all their fault. It is like being in an abusive relationship. They smack you around, and then say nice things to make you less pissed off. It's not a job for a sane, reasonable person with any self worth. The core values are a joke. It is a smoke screen for their lies.
