    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at DaVita (Aurora, CO) in August 2016.

    Interview

Typical culture and behavior questions you would expect. Very copy and paste. They seem to worry more about how you are personally than your business experience. So you can expect more questions on how you handle tough situations and how you carry your stress more than you hear about your work experience or even technical evaluations. Which was surprising when applying for an IT position. You would expect them to verify that you know what you are talking about.
