I worked at DaVita Medical Group full-time (More than a year)
They have awesome communicational skills, they really listen to your feedback and work to better the communication between MAs, nurses, PAs, doctors, etc. The company is great to its employees, and the interview process is also great its a perfect example of how interviews should go, nothing intimidating or tricky unnecessary questions but more about whether your a good fit, whether you'd even like what you may be doing, and what you are looking for in a manager so every aspect of the interview relied on both parties seeing each other as are we a good fit for one another. Awesome place workload and is fair and training is on point.
The pay is not competitive the front (receptionists) should be compensated a bit more for what they go through with patients, back office is hidden from patients and most of the time they refuse to go up front to speak with angry patients that beg to see them. Can be frustrating with how patients care is handled.
Advice to Management
Hire more people to be specifically on phones. Consider higher compensation.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at DaVita Medical Group (Huntington Beach, CA) in January 2012.
Met with 2 people, got hired for per diem, then after 1yr got staff position. Said you needed 2-3 yrs experience and preferred a BS degree which I did not have. I did have 22 yrs of nursing experience
