I worked at DaVita full-time (Less than a year)
Co workers and patients are amazing you really get that family feeling. The job itself is very fulfilling seeing the sane faces and knowing that your making the best out of the bad situation they are already in from the disease
Management / Fa horrible they really don't care for employees schedules were being changed with out warning definite favoritism to some staff no pay increases and long time staff very under appreciated and unhappy plus extremely high turn over at times there was only 2 pct's to 16 patients!
Advice to Management
Shut down! Listen to your employees pay them appropriately not bare minimum give raises stop changing the schedules overnight. Stop belittling them an burning them out with the work load

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at DaVita (Puyallup, WA) in September 2019.
I have never before had a Director interview me. Not only did he interview me he came out to the waiting room and greeted with a big smile and warm handshake and brought me back to the conference room where 3 other people were waiting to also interview me. They all made me feel very welcome and they were all friendly but their questions were fairly intense and thought-provoking. I was never uncomfortable, however, and none of the questions were out of context. This was the best interview I have ever had and I have had a lot of them. It made me want to work for such a great team of people.
