Dealertrack Troy, MI isn't hiring right now. Check out all Dealertrack jobs
I have been working at Dealertrack full-time (More than 3 years)
You are continuously learning the depths of the company everyday.
The opportunities are seemingly endless.
It would be hard for someone to get to know the company in just a few years, there is so much to learn.
I feel like this company should/may start creating positions just so they don't lose valuable employees.
It's hard to say Dealertrack is not a good company to work for if you work at a subsidy (Vintek) in MI, I would give the MI office less stars but I really love Dealertrack's passion as a whole, there essence is moving.
The essence of the Troy, MI office is contagious.
After working for 3 yrs with Vintek then Dealertrack and now Cox Automotive you would think a $1 pay raise would be a bit devaluing to your fellow employee. I believe this is why the turnover rate is so common in my particular office. Keep in mind the Troy location is a subsidy of the now Cox Automotive/Dealertrack/Vintek so this may primarily fall on the shoulders of management in the office.
Advice to Management
Only if someone quits or you don't mind moving out of state. (Both operations supervisors have quit our office in less than 1mth and these positions were filled quickly from within.) Personally I feel there is a lot of information NOT delivered to employees in the office for reasons of negligence, this caused a lot of trouble for growth as least for me bc my manager didn't seem to trust the decisions I was making until it now, that it has affected her and me leaving could really ruin this dept. maybe one may not want there job to be overcome by the "little guy" for whatever this reason may be I say strive to push forward and it will be done.
