I have been working at Dell Technologies full-time (Less than a year)
Large company, good pay, great benefits, smart people, advanced tech, work/life balance, remote options, flexible, endless learning and growth possibilities.
I can't think of any.
Advice to Management
Without a doubt, Dell Technologies is one of the best companies to work for.
Advice to management: keep doing what you are doing! I love working here because everyone is smart, talented, unique - and fun. Things are constantly moving, the company is always adapting and launching new tech - and there is always an opportunity to learn something new and develop professionally.
Additionally, on a personal level everyone is on the up and up and the level of integrity here is very high. Last but not least - I love the diversity - people from all different age groups and cultures work together on a regular basis (this is the first company where I have experienced as true diverse work culture, which is pretty cool). The only advice I can think of is to personalize the HR/Orientation/IT services a little.

I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Dell Technologies (Boston, MA) in November 2017.
Applied through College. 30 minute brief interview. Questions based on resume. 2nd phone interview scheduled within 1 week. My signal was very poor and my phone went blank didnt work. They were super chill enough too reschedule. Technical questions based on technologies I had worked on and listed on resume. I really appreciate them rescheduling and frankly it doesn't matter what the outcome is.
