I worked at Dell Technologies (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good compensation. Lots of opportunity for moving up to better positions. Team environment made going to work really easy. Loved my team.

    Cons

Expectations were a little much. 12 hour work days became a norm at one point. Work/Life balance didn't exist. Not much room for creativity.

    Advice to Management

Respect your workers enough to offer work life balance. A good home life will make for more productive coworkers.

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Dell Technologies (San Marcos, TX) in March 2018.

    Interview

The job interview was pretty tough. There were two people that interrogated me for about 20 min. You definitely need to prepare and do your research. This is not an interview that you can wing. My interviewer told me this is a way to get your foot in the door and change departments if sales is not for you.
